1. Organiser

This giveaway is organised by Elderworld Studios ("the Organiser").

2. Eligibility

• Open to participants aged 18 or over.
• Open worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
• Participants must have a valid social account and a valid email address.
• Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of the Organiser are not eligible.

3. How to Enter – To enter, participants must:

1. Sign up for the Organiser’s mailing list.
2. Follow any further instructions on this page.

• Each participant is limited to one entry.
• Multiple submissions may result in disqualification

4. Prize

• One winner will receive a hand-signed, limited collectable edition of A Tale of the Nine Lands.
• There will only ever be 500 copies printed, making it an extremely rare edition.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

• The giveaway ends on 30th November 2025, 23:59 UTC.
• The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
• The winner must still be on the mailing list and following the social account(s) specified in the competition instructions at the time of selection.
• The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the giveaway closing.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.
• The winner’s social handle may be publicly announced.

6. Disqualification & Fair Play

• Any attempt to manipulate or spam entries will result in disqualification.
• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of breaching these terms.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• The Organiser will cover standard shipping costs within the UK.
• International winners (outside the UK) may be required to pay a fair postage fee, based on actual shipping costs.
• The Organiser will provide an estimated shipping cost before dispatch.
• If the winner does not agree to the postage fee within 7 days, they forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the winner.
• The Organiser is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data (name, email, social handles) will be used solely for the giveaway and mailing list.
• Data will not be shared with third parties.
• Participants can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

9. General Conditions
